At Terry Southerland Boxing-Celebrity Fitness Trainer, he offers his services as a personal celebrity fitness trainer in NYC, NY. As a three-time National Boxing Champion, sports and fitness are his passions and he wants the opportunity to share his training, skills, and knowledge with you so that you can achieve your own personal fitness goals. He has trained numerous celebrities and has consulted with many for their roles in movies or television, including Annie Liebovitz for Vanity Fair.
He offers weight loss program through expert fitness training and counseling. He will set up a consultation with you to assess your goals and needs so that he can design a program that will give you the results you want to achieve! He offers one-hour or one and a half-hour sessions that can be arranged in your home or at a local gym. Individual, semi-private and group rates are also available upon request.
Terry is also a guest speaker throughout the New York City area and has created an anti-bullying program for young people. It is his belief that through boxing and fitness, young people can feel confident in themselves, fostering healthy self-esteem. Terry has worked in the entertainment industry to help shape actors’ roles of a boxer or warrior. He is able to train them to have authentic style and he has worked with actors such as Liev Schreiber, Frank Grillo, JW Cortez, and many others! He also offers an anti-bullying program that includes presentations at area schools. He wants to help our youth build confidence in themselves through boxing and fitness training. Terry also give presentations that are centered on ideas of incorporating boxing and fitness into mental health management with clients challenged with ADHD, stress, anxiety and bi-polar disorder.
